A tribute to Roger. The original version of 'I Want to Be Your Man' was released by American funk legend Roger Troutman (1951-1999), from his third studio album Unlimited!. The track was released in 1987 on 7" and 12" vinyl (who remembers those?) and topped the Billboard Hot R&B Singles chart while peaking at nr. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
